get moving.

Simple answers about coaching, guided runs, and what working with Proof actually looks like.

The useful
details.

Who is Proof coaching for?+

Runners who want structure, accountability, and better race execution—from first-time marathoners to experienced runners who keep getting pulled off plan.

Do I need to live in New York?+

No. Remote coaching is the core offer and works anywhere through TrainingPeaks and regular check-ins. Guided runs are an optional add-on for runners in NYC.

What does a training plan include?+

Your plan can include running, strength, mobility, recovery, pacing, fueling, and race strategy. It is adjusted around your actual schedule and feedback.

Can I book only an in-person run?+

Yes. Guided runs can be booked individually or as a package, subject to availability. They are useful for pacing practice, long-run support, or rebuilding confidence.

How do I get started?+

Start with a short conversation about your goal, training history, and what feels stuck. If Proof is a fit, we’ll decide on the simplest way to begin.
