MARCO MORENO · COACH

I don’t coach from the sidelines. I coach from experience.

I know what it feels like to believe you are too far behind. I was nearly 300 pounds when I began changing my life. Running became more than exercise—it became a way to prove, day after day, that change was possible.

Marathons taught me that effort is only part of the equation. Pacing, patience, fueling, and decision-making matter. More importantly, the right support can turn doubt into action. Proof exists to give runners that support.

Running changed more than Marco’s body. It changed the direction of his life.

Physically, running helped Marco move beyond nearly 300 pounds and discover what his body could do. Mentally, it taught him patience, discipline, and how to keep making the next good decision—even when progress felt slow.

Emotionally, the miles created space for confidence, connection, and purpose. What began as a way out of struggle became a way to serve others: helping runners feel supported, capable, and less alone in their own process.

300POUNDS
AT THE START

The goal wasn’t to look like a runner. It was to become someone who kept showing up.

Marco began close to 300 pounds. There was no dramatic overnight reinvention—just walks that became runs, uncomfortable choices that became habits, and small promises kept often enough to change the direction of his life.

Weight loss was part of the visible transformation. The deeper change was learning to trust the process. Running eventually led to marathons, but the real finish line was becoming proof that patient, consistent work can rewrite your story.

01

Accountability
without judgment.

Honest check-ins, useful feedback, and a path forward—even when the week does not go perfectly.

02

Execution
over ego.

Train with purpose. Start with patience. Make decisions your future miles will thank you for.

03

Confidence
through evidence.

Confidence is not hype. It is remembering all the small promises you kept along the way.

“You don’t have to become a different person overnight. You just have to make the next good decision.”
